At 21, Ndidi has already developed into a mainstay in the Leicester setup and the club boss Claude Puel has come to regard him as a key member of his guard.
Last season Ndidi made 138 tackles in the Premier League. No player came close to his feat last term.
Already he has played all minutes in his club’s Premier League matches this season against Manchester United and Wolves.
