The search for a new coach at German Bundesliga side Bayern Munich has come to an end — for now.
Jupp Heynckes will take on the job this season, according to a report by the Bild newspaper.
The 72-year-old Heynckes will take the reins at Bayern for the fourth time, his most recent tenure being in 2013 when he led the side to win the UEFA Champions League as well as the German League and German Cup.
After winning the triple crown of German soccer, Heynckes had said he would be ending his coaching career.
According to Bild, he will take over for Carlo Ancelotti for the rest of this season.
